Dialler Not Waiting Fot Dial Tone

I have noticed that even if my line is off hook, the dialler still dials the digits and begin the scripts. Is there a setting to force it to check for dial tone before dialling out on a line.

Are you saying that VGDialer starts dialing too quickly after picking up the line?

 

You can add a comma before the number to delay the dialing, or add the "T" letter at the beginning - then the Dialogic card will wait for dial tone before starting the dialing.
